Our Construction division called the 4S Builders which has been serving the needs of various clients since 1991, has the distinction of having pioneered the construction of apartments with the first project as Namasita Apartments in Panampilly nagar and the latest project is completion of a three star category resort in Munnar called the Deshadan Mountain Resort which has been completed in a record time of 1 year and handed over in February this year.

Our latest project is a 9-storey apartment at Panampilly Nagar, a very posh residential area in Cochin which is 200mts from passport office and 50mts from State Bank of Travancore zonal office.
